How do I make a purchase?
Simply browse our shop, select your product, choose your size, and click Add to Cart.
When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to securely complete your order.
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder — or contact us at info@shinobicraftmaster.com.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at info@shinobicraftmaster.com with your order number and the correct address. We can’t guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, so act fast.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Note: Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
What is your return policy?
We’re committed to making sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how returns work:
✅ Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).
- Sale items, limited drops, and final sales pieces are not eligible for return.
🔄 Exchanges
- Want to swap sizes? No problem - reach out within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll help you get the right fit.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless exchange is due to our error.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale, discounted items, or limited edition drops cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and digital products are also non-returnable.
💸 Refunds
- Once we recieve and inspect the return, you'll receive your refund back to your original payment method (usually within 5-7 business days).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How long will it take until I receive my order?
